Vertical Section view of my model

Horizontal  Section view of my model

You can find out the connection between the the upper and the lower ground is the buffering zone.
Moreover, the upper ground space expands horizontally
the lower ground,in the other hand, does extend itself vertically.

Buffering Zone and the lower Ground
Different from the upper and the lower ground,The buffering zone got the sharp angle. And it is to easy to clarify the differ spaces.

[Week 3]Working on my 3rd-generation model

The drawing that  I choose

Upper ground: Irregular adj.
Lower ground: Aboriginal v.

The first generation

The second generation

The upper-middle part of the lower ground part  holds up the upper one.

This is the third generation of my model

How the stairs fit the space

How the lower ground and upper ground connect together

In my first and second generation of models ,all the visitors could walked from upper ground  to the lower ground  straight away .That's probably most of the designer will design like that.WALK IN AND WALK OUT. But in my third generation of my model,I added one more space as a buffering zone.In this zone I can use my in-between  texture as well as give the visitors a place to buffer the visual impact between those two different themes of exhibition.

The entrance of my gallery

I actually added one more type of stair from the hill to the entrance.. and use my upper ground textures on it.
and the Upper ground is specially for BANKSY

[week3] Youtube video

This Video does help me to develop the idea of textures .
